Keloo Account Deletion

Information and instructions on how to request permanent deletion of your Keloo manager profile and venue logs.

Warning: Deleting your account will permanently wipe all active session records, customer points ledgers, and billing logs. This action cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion

To protect data privacy, you must request account deletion by emailing us directly from your registered email address to kelooindia@gmail.com.

Data Removed

Registered business profile credentials
Counter staff security logs
Customer contact lists and credit history

Data Retention Exceptions

Tax transaction records and cash invoice copies may be retained for up to 90 days for statutory auditing, regulatory compliance, and system database backups.
